Wildcat area is typical of all the upper Cains , little jambs moving slow but tightening up again with the cold nights .

Keith – it is great to see those pics of the Cains with a little open water. I flew over NB on my way back from salmon fishing in Scotland last weekend, and I noted that there was still plenty of ice off the coast, a good snow cover everywhere. There were several open spots in the Saint John. I was on the wrong side of the plane for the Miramichi. I was worried with the late freeze up about not having enough of a winter, but I guess that we have done just fine in the winter department, and hopefully there will be plenty of nice cool water for the summer run, which isn’t far off now!
