Nice trout pic but I notice we have a stripper here also . The taped fingers
tell the tale of a guy that fishes Cains late fall in slow water for salmon
and realizes that the fly has to move a little quicker , thus the need to
strip , resulting in sore finger tips , especially if it is raining like it
was on the 15th . Casting directly upriver and stripping as the fly floats
close to the bottom is an old trick too .
